Chapter 4A -Daily Routines

I have pretty busy school days. I usually wake up around 6:30am and start getting ready for the day. I shower, brush my teeth, get dressed, fix my hair and put on deoderent and jewlery before I go down for breakfast. Then, I eat breakfast with my roommate and any of our friends that happen to be in the cafeteria. Then I head to my first class of the day, which is usually French class at 8am. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I have two other classes after French. These classes are Logic at 9am and American Women Writers at 10am. After my Americna Women Writers class, I head to Raney to work lunch shift. After my shift, I spend some time doing homework before I go over to RFAB to practice my music and play in band class. I usually eat dinner after band class then I go back up to my suite to do homework for awhile. I usually call it quits on homework around 7:30-8pm. Around this time, I put on my pajamas and play on my phone some or embroider. My boyfriend usually calls around this time as well, so I'll sit and talk with him while I embroider. Once my boyfriend and I are done talking to each other, I head to the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face before going to bed. Then, I lay down, say my prayers and go to sleep to get some rest before the next school day! My weekend scedule usually depends on if I'm at home or at school and if I have anything major that needs done. I work every other weekend,so sometimes my schedule will be centered around that. And sometimes my schedule is centered around events that may have been planned for that weekend, like a birthday party or date for example. I usually try to do as much homework as I can over the weekends as well. As I mentioned above, I work lunch shifts in Raney. This is a pretty laid back job, there usually isn't much to do. I work two hour shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and it doesn't really matter if we use military time or the 12 hour clock. I understand the 12 hour clock better so that's what I personally use. When it comes to fashion, I like to wear clothes that make me feel good and are very comfy. I'm very frugal with my money, so I don't go out of my way to buy epensive, name brand clothes. And I love to compliment people on the clothes they wear! I think it's such an easy way to make someone smile!

So, I have a very blended family and I thought that the best way to show this would be through two different trees. This tree starts with my paternal grand-pére, Merl Farmer and my grand-mére, Darlene. Merl as 68 ans e Darlene décédé. Merl and Darlene had cinq enfants: Vanessa, Jeremiah, Jackie, Felicia and CLyde. Chapter Préliminaire (part B)

         Bonjour! That's how you would say hello to someone else in French. Another, less formal, way to say hello is to say "Salut!" When you're saying hello to a friend, you can kiss their cheeks, this is called la bise. This would be similar to a hug when greeting your friend in American culture. A more formal greeting would be a handshake, but this is usually reserved for bosses or someone along those lines. The words "tu" and "vous" both mean you, but "vous" is the formal version among the two. So, you would greet your boss with  handshake while saying to them, "Bonjour! Comment allez-vous?" which means "Hello!
