I feel like French cultures have less variety for breakfast foods. They have céréale, crêpe, and un croque monsieur with un café or des us d'orange. There are a lot of American breakfast foods like biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cereal, fried eggs and ham, bacon, oatmeal and much more. We usually do have coffee or some type of fruit based juice with our breakfast as well. American Breakfast: French Breakfast: I'm not entirely sure on this, but I believe that French families emphasize family time by eating lunches and dinners together. Many American families do this as well, but not every family does. In my expereince, religious families tend to eat dinners together more because they tend to do things like pray over their food together and such. In French grocery stores, products are smaller, multipacked -that you can open and take just one out of- and have more fresh options available.
